Dôjô de Saint Faust Chemin des crêtes 64110 Saint Faust (d'en haut) (15 min de Pau)
Les horaires sont les suivants :
Le Mercredi de 19h30 à 21h30 extensible jusqu'à 22H
Le Vendredi de 20h à 22h
Le cour se compose :
1) d'un échauffement musculaire et articulaire (Environ 15-20 Minutes)
2) Etude de techniques à mains nues et/ou d'armes (Environ 1 heure)
3) Travail libre (Révisions, randori, cardio, échanges, etc..)
4) Relaxation et Seishin
Note : un co voiturage est éventuellement possible pour se rendre au Dôjô de St Faust (à voir avec les pratiquants du Dôjô)

Thème de l'étude : Variés suivant choix pédagogique de l'instructeur
NOTA BENE : en ce qui concerne tous les cours, prévoir une tenue d'intérieur (Keiko Gi) et d'extérieur (tenue de sport, tenue d'extérieur) car lorsque le temps le permet nous pratiquons dehors.
Certains samedi sont utilisés aussi pour des activités annexes organisées suivant les saisons et les disponibilités comme des initiations en escalade, au tir, équitation, etc...
